REPORTING TO

Regional Sales Manager – Sales & Marketing 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

Focus on business development (B2B) and lead generation.

Organize daily sales visits and meetings to present our business model to clients.

Prepare and submit sales reports and proposals.

Prepare and negotiate quotations, coordinating with stores/Purchase dept for equipment availability.

Analyze team-prepared sales reports regularly and assess performance against targets.

Set and strive to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.

Coordinate delivery instructions and monitor invoice realization and payment timelines.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

Source references from satisfied clients and handle any client concerns or complaints, escalating as needed.

Direct leads from tele-callers or other marketing sources appropriately.

Manage target allocation and achievement for self and team.

Collaborate closely with Technical and Sales departments to ensure comprehensive post-sales support and optimize sales outcomes.

Must adhere to and ensure compliance with all established Standard Operating Procedures of RAC.

Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the Management Team.

Any Graduate, MBA in Marketing (preferred)
